Introduction
Welcome to SIAA (“we”, “us”, “our”), an AI-powered recruitment platform meticulously
designed to streamline the recruitment process, enhance candidate management and
optimize operational efficiency for organizations of varying scales. These Terms and
Conditions (“Terms”) govern and constitute a binding legal agreement governing your
access to and utilization of SIAA, including, without limitation, its software,
website, mobile application and ancillary services. By accessing or utilizing SIAA,
you explicitly assent to be bound by these Terms. Should you dissent with any
provision, you are hereby instructed to refrain from accessing or using the
platform.
- SIAA provides AI-driven recruitment solutions encompassing
resume parsing, AI-assisted interviews, job posting automation, candidate
portal, analytics and other related services.
- By engaging with SIAA, you unconditionally authorize the
platform to utilize your organization’s name, logo and / or other identifying
marks for marketing purposes, case studies and / or public testimonial
references.
- SIAA may also process your data for targeted email
marketing, informational updates or service-related communications; you retain
the prerogative to unsubscribe or request cessation of such communications at
any time.
- The platform reserves the unilateral right to restrict,
suspend or terminate access without prior notice if illicit, unlawful or
unethical activity is suspected or detected.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Account: The user account created by any person to
access
and use the Platform.
- AI Engine: The artificial intelligence system used
by the
Platform to screen, match and recommend Candidates or job openings.
- Candidate: An individual seeking employment
opportunities
through the Platform.
- Content: Any text, image, video, audio, documents or
other
material uploaded, posted, submitted or otherwise made available by users via
the Platform.
- Employer: A company, recruiter or authorized
individual
using the Platform to post job listings and search for Candidates.
- Job Listing: A job opportunity posted by an Employer
on the
Platform.
- >Match: A potential employment connection generated
by the
Platform’s AI Engine based on Candidate and Job Listing compatibility.
- Services: The functionality, tools, features and
services
provided by the Platform including but not limited to job matching, resume
screening and candidate recommendations.
- User: Any individual or entity using the Platform,
including both Candidates and Employers.
- Third-Party Services: External services or websites
that
may be linked to or integrated with the Platform.
Eligibility
A person must be at least 18 years old and should have the legal capacity to enter
into a binding agreement in his / her / their jurisdiction to use the Platform. By
using the Platform, the person represents and warrants that he / she / it meets
these requirements. Access to / utilization of SIAA is conditional upon acceptance
of these Terms.
User Accounts
Account creation is requisite for the full utilization of SIAA’s functionalities.
Users must provide truth, complete and current information at registration.
- Confidentiality and Security: Users are solely
responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Unauthorized access
or account misuse must be reported promptly.
- Account Activities: All actions performed under an
account
are the legal responsibility of the account holder, including data entry,
candidate communications and operational actions.
- Access Restrictions: SIAA may impose limitations or
suspend
accounts if activities contravene Terms, including but not limited to illicit
operations, unethical behavior or security breaches.
- Subscription Plans: SIAA offers Free, Standard,
Growth and
Enterprise tiers. The Free tier is perpetually available but subject to
functional limitations. Paid plans grant expanded privileges, including AI
interview minutes, multi-user access, custom portal, dedicated support and job
portal integrations. Additional features may be procured via add-ons for a
supplementary fee.
Use of the Platform
User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these Terms. User must not:
- Access SIAA for purposes of reproduction, benchmarking,
competitive analysis, reverse engineering or any other unauthorized endeavor
absent our express written consent.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Upload false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its associated
systems and networks.
- Any activity executed under a user account is attributable
to the account holder, who shall bear full responsibility for compliance with
applicable laws and ethical standards
- Any violation of the above may result in immediate
suspension, termination of account privileges and potential legal action for
redress solely at the cost of the violator.
User Content
- User retains ownership of the Content upload by it on the
Platform.
- By uploading the Content, the user grants us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display and
distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the
Platform.
- User agrees not to upload Content that infringes
intellectual property rights or violates any law.
Modifications / Alterations / Changes to Terms
SIAA reserves the unilateral right to modify or update these Terms to reflect
evolving legislation, technological advancements or alterations in platform
functionalities.
- Notification of modifications may occur via email, platform
notifications or public postings.
- Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication,
unless otherwise stipulated. Continued utilization of the platform following
such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Historical versions of these Terms may be requested through
formal communication with SIAA’s support team.
Data Privacy
The protection of user data is a cardinal principle for SIAA.
- Data Integrity: Personal and organizational
information is processed in accordance with SIAA’s Privacy Policy, outlining the
types, purposes and methods of data utilization.
- Consent and Opt-Out: Use of SIAA constitutes consent
to data processing for operational, analytical or marketing purposes. Users may
opt out of marketing communications or request cessation at any time.
- Security Measures: SIAA implements rigorous security
protocols, including encryption, secure storage and intrusion prevention. Users
share responsibility for safeguarding account credentials.
- Third-Party Processing: Selected third-party service
providers may process data solely for operational purposes under strict
compliance standards.
Proper Use
Users must employ SIAA ethically, professionally and in strict compliance with all
applicable laws.
- Lawful Usage: Any actions that compromise platform
functionality, data security or third-party rights are strictly prohibited.
- Content Responsibility:Users are accountable for the
content they generate, upload or communicate via the platform, ensuring it
adheres to legal, ethical and IP standards
- Community Conduct:Users are expected to maintain
professionalism, respect and decorum in interactions with candidates, colleagues
and other users.
Intellectual Property
All content; design elements, features, and software of SIAA are protected under
applicable intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in the
Platform, including its software, design and branding are owned by or licensed to
us. You may not use, copy, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without our
prior written consent.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or derivative
creation without obtaining express written consent is prohibited.
- Users must respect the proprietary nature of SIAA’s
innovations and refrain from actions that may compromise platform exclusivity
- Written permission must be obtained prior to any
reproduction, adaptation or use of SIAA content for commercial or public
purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranty
SIAA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- No Warranty: SIAA disclaims all express or implied
warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or
non-infringement.
- Use at Risk: Users assume full risk for any reliance on the
platform, including operational outcomes or financial consequences.
- Suitability Assessment: Users are encouraged to assess
platform compatibility with organizational needs prior to relying upon its
features.
- We do not guarantee any hiring outcome, candidate
suitability or continuous availability of the Platform.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
SIAA, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from platform use,
unavailability, or operational disruptions.
- Users acknowledge responsibility for mitigating risks
associated with platform reliance.
- The limitation of liability extends to potential financial,
reputational, or operational losses incurred through platform utilization.
Termination
SIAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion with or
without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the
Platform or other users.
- Grounds for Termination: Violation of Terms, illegal
activities, or unethical conduct may result in immediate termination.
- Notification: Termination may occur without prior
notice,
though SIAA endeavors to provide clarity and assistance where possible.
- Post-Termination Data: Upon termination, access to
the
platform is revoked; anonymized or aggregate data may be retained for
compliance, research, or legal purposes.
Pricing & Subscription Plans
SIAA offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Standard, Growth, and Enterprise.
- Free Plan: Available for lifetime use, but with
functional
limitations.
- Paid Plans: Provide expanded features, including
additional
users, AI interview minutes, job postings, integrations, custom portal, and
dedicated support
- Add-Ons: Optional features or additional usage
limits may
be purchased for supplementary fees.
- Plan Modifications: SIAA reserves the right to
modify plan
features, limits, and pricing.
- Note: Fees are non-refundable except as required by
law or as stated in a specific service agreement.
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages,
liabilities or expenses arising from its use of the Platform or violation of these
Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIAA is
registered. Users agree to attempt informal resolution prior to initiating legal
proceedings, and disputes may be subject to arbitration or adjudication in competent
local courts.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with any policies or rules we post in relation to the Services,
represent the complete agreement between the user and us. If we don’t enforce any
part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to do so later. These
Terms will apply to the fullest extent allowed by law. We may transfer our rights
and responsibilities under these Terms to another party at any time. SIAA is not
liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by events outside our
reasonable control. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or
unenforceable, that part will be removed, but the rest will still apply.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency
relationship between us and the user. The User agrees that these Terms won’t be
interpreted against us just because SIAA has written them. User also waives any
objections based on the electronic format of these Terms or the lack of physical
signatures.
