We also collect technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device information (e.g. mobile or desktop), operating system and other diagnostic data to ensure the platform works seamlessly, which is stored according to our data retention and security protocols.
We may track how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features used, to optimize user experience and improve our service offerings.
As part of the interview process, we may collect audio, video or text-based responses provided by you during AI-driven assessments. This includes voice tone, facial expressions and behavioral cues, which are processed by our AI to evaluate your responses.
If you participate in a video interview, the recordings, including visual and audio content, may be stored for performance evaluation and to improve the AI algorithms.
If you or your organization uses SIAA’s browser extension while visiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed or any other platforms, resumes and profile information may be uploaded to the SIAA dashboard, either manually or automatically, depending on configuration settings.
To provide and facilitate the AI-based interview process, including assessing responses, giving feedback and delivering insights to users.
To analyze interview data and improve our algorithms, providing more accurate and efficient evaluations over time.
To send transactional communications (such as interview reminders, account notifications and updates), as well as promotional messages with your consent, either express or implied.
To comply with all the legal obligations and protect the rights and ensure safety of individuals and the organization using the platform.
To manage accounts, validate information, and provide access to Service features.
To improve the Service and ensure that content and features are tailored to user preferences.
To train and enhance AI and machine learning models for Service functionality.
To provide information about products or services that may be of interest, according to your marketing preferences.
To predict or determine content, recommendations, or other information that may be relevant to you.
To fulfill obligations arising from agreements with users or enterprise clients, including evaluation of assessments.
